- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 05, 2019, by Anna LlenzaBought a lotyo ticket, wouldnt let me scratch it inside, so i stood right outside the door for litterally 2 seconds. My ticket won, so i walked back in and they closed.. and wouldnt cash it.. 2 minutes... terrible place.
