  Horrible terrible experience. Donyea the store manager is useless and liar and Matt the sales associate is a huge liar , basically bunch of liars work in that store , they told me to give them my old phone after I switched to sprint and after waiting two months for a refund and went to the store again to check the status they said they won't get me a refund or even return my phone back coz according to them it's in the whearhouse. Big Scam , every day they say different story . Then donyea the manager said the only way I can get your money back if you refer 4 more customers to us, I was like are you kidding me, are you out of your mind, you want me to work for my money that you stole from me .
