Staff member went through litany of things that can be done when experiencing problems but then said it was assembled improperly. This is not rocket science and we are paying the premium for knowledge. Claims dumps of product does no harm. I wonder whether my lawn is protected, i.e., what was happening between dumps. No longer comfortable with competence and integrity.
